Terms of Service

Last updated August 26, 2026

1. Agreement

fedautomate is operated by Reelze LTD (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using fedautomate (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company or other organization, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What the Service does

fedautomate reconciles publicly available federal solicitation data and applies automated scoring and matching against client profiles you configure. It is a research and monitoring aid for capture management, not a source of legal, contracting, or compliance advice, and it does not draft proposal, response, or capability-statement content on your behalf. The compliance matrix feature specifically flags requirement gaps — it never generates submission-ready language.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the client profile data you enter, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
  • New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (the Stripe Customer Portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Each plan is limited to a maximum number of clients tracked (see Pricing). Upgrading takes effect immediately through the same billing portal.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge fails or your subscription lapses, features gated behind an active subscription (creating new clients) become unavailable until it’s resolved — existing data is not deleted.
  • Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle, not retroactively.

5. Data accuracy and AI output

Solicitation data is sourced from public federal records and may lag, be incomplete, or contain errors introduced upstream. Global Opportunity Scores, Client Fit Scores, rationales, and compliance-matrix results are AI-assisted decision support, not a determination of eligibility — you’re responsible for independently verifying requirements and eligibility before bidding on anything.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to scrape or resell the underlying data at scale, attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or plan limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in a way that violates the terms of use governing the public data it reconciles.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service’s software, design, and branding. You own the client profile data you enter. By using the Service you grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for non-payment after a reasonable notice period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (data accuracy disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) do.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelze LTD is not liable for missed opportunities, bidding decisions, lost profits, or other business outcomes arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms — reach out through the account you signed up with.
